Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and IndustryMe ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the IndustryMe platform. By accessing or using the platform, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use IndustryMe. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use IndustryMe to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Transmit spam, viruses, or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
- Scrape or collect data without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Post discriminatory, hateful, or offensive content
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you post on IndustryMe. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with operating and providing the platform.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you post and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
Intellectual Property Rights
The platform and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of IndustryMe. The platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Job Postings and Opportunities
IndustryMe provides a platform for posting and discovering job opportunities. We do not:
- Guarantee the accuracy or legitimacy of job postings
- Act as an employer or employment agency
- Verify the credentials of employers or job seekers
- Assume responsibility for employment decisions or outcomes
Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence when engaging with job opportunities or candidates.
Workshops and Educational Content
Workshop instructors are independent professionals. IndustryMe does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or effectiveness of workshop content. Registration and payment for workshops are subject to the instructor's individual policies. Refunds and cancellations are handled according to each instructor's terms.
Payments and Fees
Certain features of IndustryMe may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and maintaining sufficient funds or credit.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INDUSTRYME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use the platform after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
